How to Qualify for a Return

How to Start a Return
Email us at memorieselegantrose@gmail.com to begin the return process. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note: Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us right away so we can make it right.

Need a different item? The quickest way is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
